Courteous service
Staff is very nice and as helpful as they can be, the only issue I ever have is the amount of time it takes to get the service done. I think they need another auto butler machine or more workers to reduce the time, if the demand is so high.

I was quite impressed when a representative of San Tan Hyundai gave me a personal call to apologize for the long wait I had for my oil change. This is a premier dealership and one mishap should not tarnish its reputation. Submitting a rescore was not requested by the dealership, but rather, was my idea.

Too long for a simple oil change
My rating is only for this one visit. I never had any problems before. I'm pretty sure this lengthy time for an oil change will not happen again.

My service rep lied to me
I came in for an oil change and they did a full inspection. I was told that my vehicle FAILED the battery test and was offered a new battery at $150. I left and had Autozone test it and they said my battery was 92% charged and I did not need a new one. I guess I was lied to. How do I know they even for sure that they changed my oil?

Good afternoon.  I just left you a voicemail.  I apologize that you feel that way.  We do not lie to our customers.  We make a mistake from time to time but we will not mislead you ever.  I would like to test your battery again.  I don't want to see it fail on you in a tough situation.  You don't have to buy the battery from me but I would like the opportunity to recheck my recommendation.  On a side note, if your battery was tested at Autozone after you had driven the vehicle to them it normally will test good because the alternator charges the battery.  Again, I would love the opportunity to recheck the battery.  I hope to hear from you.

Took my 2017 Santa Fe Sport for it's 15K check up, my service advisor Mario Macias took excellent care of my car. He kept me apprised of the progress of my car while I was waiting and insured that the car was well taken care of while it was being serviced.
