I have been to this dealership several times and have had great service. This time was mixed service. I arrived at the dealership early because I didn't want to miss the shuttle. My service advisor came out and greeted me. While going over the work that needed to be done, I mentioned that my front tires are always low and its a concern for me. The service advisor stated in a condescending tone that the front of my car is where the engine is. I wasn't really happy about his statement. I can clearly see that the engine is in the front of the car. I understand that most people don't know anything about cars, I however am not one of those people. I also had other concerns about my car that I didn't feel comfortable bringing up to him. When I mentioned to the service advisor that I would be taking the shuttle , he stated that there is a distance limit but he would check to make sure I was within the limit. I should have been informed of this when I made the appointment so I could make other arrangements or pick a day when I am off work. While finishing up the paperwork for services, the advisor mentions that my work is past the distance limit. He wanted me to make other arrangements or reschedule, I told him it wasn't an option. He eventually got me on the shuttle service after arguing about it. He also stated to me that now I know I for next time ( in a rude tone) that the shuttle service is something I cant utilize. The driver that took me to work was awesome, very friendly and good conversation. Also the driver that picked me up was equally as friendly and nice. When I picked up my car I noticed that my rear driver side door handle was dirty and also there were black marks on the front of my car. I went inside the service department, the gentleman that helped ( a different service advisor then the one this morning) looked at my car and told my it was rock chips in the paint, which I live in AZ so it happens. Also the door handle was dirty from the Auto Butler machine they used on my car. He was very friendly and took the time to explain things to me. I am mixed in my review because some aspects of my visit were good and some were not. I don't know that I will come back for service of my vehicle

Good morning.  Thank you for the feedback.  I apologize for the mixed signals.  We do try to explain as much as possible to our customers.  It's so critical for proper communication and too easy to not share important details.  It is never our intentions to offend.  In regards to the shuttle, we have a hundred customers visit our service department daily.  We have to put a limit on the distance so that we can accommodate all the customer needs.  We will do a better job when scheduling to verify distance so that this does not become an issue on the service drive.  We appreciate your feedback so that we can continue to improve moving forward.  Please feel free to call me if you would like to discuss your visit further.  Thanks again and have a wonderful weekend.

I received friendly service and my oil change was completed in about one hour, even though I did not have an appointment.

Friendly atmosphere, tv to watch, free water, donuts and popcorn. All people who work there are very friendly and helpful.
Best Hyundai Dealer. I had appointment for oil change and Auto Butler on June 18, but was going out of town unexpectedly June 9. They were able to get me in earlier for the oil change and I didn't have to wait. I was only there about an hour and they were done. So much appreciated them getting me in right away.

Mario has never let us down. He is attentive, listens and makes sure to address all concerns. He is very quick to respond and let me know when the work is done. If there are service recommendations, he takes the time to explain and discuss the urgency or timing. I always feel good when I leave.

Competent service technicians familiar with Hyundais!
I'm always confident that technicians familiar with Hyundai's will be servicing my car! I also really like being able to schedule appointments online, and the interactive capability of the San Tan website is great! The service prices are reasonable, and the turnaround time for services is consistently excellent!! The service staff is very welcoming and professional and the customer waiting area and restrooms are always clean!! (I can always count on Mario Macias to keep me informed as to the status or recommendations during my service appointment!!)
