Service review
Returned to service department. Robert was attentive to my concerns after reviewing. We came to a resolution to the issues at hand.
I met with the mechanics and reviewed any issues. Robert and the mechanic was very helpful and I am satisfied with the results.
Other notes: your shop is very nice and I would have been proud to have worked in a shop that nice in my days as a mechanic.

FIRST SERVICE
The service area was extremely average. The dealer ship damaged the car when we bought it and won't take responsibility for it. I am not happy with that. On top of the damages, I am extremely displeased with the fact that the dealership sold us a certified Hyundai car with worn out brakes. This should never have happened and the dealership should replace them at no cost, but they refuse too.
We would like to buy a Genesis sedan, but probably not after this buying experience.
We bought this car partially due to the fact we would not have to pay for repairs in the near future. Now after just 2000 miles of driving the car it now needs brakes! So, why did we even buy a certified vehicle when we could have taken our chances on a non certified car for thousands of dollars less and fewer immediate repairs?
It is really to bad that this dealership is so un-interested in the quality of their service and customer service!

dead battery but no worries
My car battery died and I was so thankful that I was covered with my Hyundai road side assistance and car battery warranty. Being stranded in 100 degree heat would have been stressful but road side assistance came and jumped my car and I was able to drop it off at my dealership the same evening. I had never used the car drop for service before. I hadn't even had a chance to call in the morning to check on the status of my car when my usual service advisor, Mario called me at work to let me know my car was ready for pick up and he'd already taken care of the battery replacement. I was only without my car for one evening, and I was impressed by the quick turn around. I've had only the best service at San Tan Hyundai and Mario consistently delivers the best service. It brings great peace of mind to know that I will be well taken care of at my Hyundai dealership.

I arrived over an hour early for my appointment, and my vehicle was taken in. I asked when it would be completed, and was told approximately an hour. After thirty minutes from leaving, I received a text message stating that my vehicle was ready for pickup. It was a very easy and stress-free exchange.
