Lost our online service registration, failed to deliver necessary service, never apologized for losing our online reservation not for completing the necessary service, never even attempted to schedule us to get all necessary services complete.

Fairly Good Service
The oil change service and the people involved in the process were friendly and available. I got out in a timely manner. However during my wait, I received a text about a report on my vehicle recommending some services I need to get done like an air cabin filter. But when I was called to check out, no one told me verbally or explained to me about the additional services my car needs. So the communication needed some improvement.

When I say wonderful customer service, I mean every aspect of the service department. The service manager are the best, and I have never had any issues with the work that has been done to my car. I have owned many different name brands of cars, but Santan Hyundai is the best
