Received great service as always with Mario (service writer) helping me with service on my 2012 Sonata, took time to review the inspection report, made sure that the vehicle was taken care off as always. Made appointment online, Mario checked me in and reviewed other services that needed to be done, providing details on the necessity of each service with no pressure to have them done, which I did. Work was completed earlier than promised, and I was given a complete review of services and escorted to cashier. I've never had anything but positive experiences at this dealer for several vehicles, and will continue to return.
