Thorough and friendly service
Mario was very friendly and courteous to me even though I was early for my appointment. He explained what would be done for my 52,000 mile check up. He called me when the service was done and said I could pick it up at my convenience. Since I was not sure when that would be that was a relief.

Took their time and did their job!
They got the tire dealer to honor their warranty and replaced my tire for free. Good Job Earnhardt Service Department! They could have very easily not taken the time to do that and charged me. Instead they did the work and got me out of there quickly and held the charge while they worked with the tire maker. Called me the next day and said they got it 100% covered and no charge for me! Yeee Hawww!
