Update on Oil change visit.
I was contacted by Mario who expressed his concerns on the recent visit at SanTan Hyundai. I was advised possible options to resolve the issues I experienced. I was satisfied with Mario’s explanation.

A rare experience.
I usually received good service from San Tan; however, this time was not the same as the others. Air filter hose was loose and one of the bracket was broken after the visit. Got recommendation for up coming services such as “fail” serpentine belt but did not explain “fail” as if it would break in next hundreds miles or it needs to be replaced now? And other things. They washed the car though.

serviced here since I bought it and have been pleased every time. It is the quality of the service you receive
after the sale that brings people back. When I buy my new Hyundai , I will buy it here and have it serviced
