Very Good Service But with a suggestion
The service delivered is very good as it is always. But I see there is any opportunity for value addition.. that is, walking the customer through the invoice. This step wont take more than 5 minutes, by letting the customer sit at a table and explaining each item in the bill. This not only helps customer to understand what has been done during the current service and what is pending or missing or condition of the vehicle and when he has to prepare of next service etc.. I strongly believe customer remembers what you say after the service, and the opportunity you provide him in answering the questions, not what is being written in the invoice. This will eventually build the trust and create a Bond. Hope my two cents help you guys..
