Very satisfactory
My car stalled, could not get it to start. Smithwest was able to give me a flatbed tow within minutes . Beautifully maintained tow truck. Professionally handled. Kept the car overnight. Properly diagnosed the issue which is not easy on a car from 1966.

Great shop
Replaced the entire motor on my car and now is running like a new car!!! The woman who works at the front desk was so helpful throughout the entire process

Wrong oil
When I made my appointment to bring in my vehicle for an oil change, I specifically asked if they had this one type of oil that my vehicle called for. I was told yes, but after the change was done, I saw that a different type of synthetic oil was put in my vehicle.

We take these matters seriously and we reviewed your invoice and the invoice clearly states you got synthetic oil 5w/30 dexos synthetic oil. Great experience. Will use again.
Had the team install tires on new hellcat rims on my dodge charger. The install was done right without any damage to those very expensive rims. Nice job!

Excellent shop
This shop comes highly recommended both the work and staff are second to none.
I have used this for all my vehicles some of which required major work and have always paid a fair price with great service and they have never disappointed .
