I had excellent service at Earnhardt Hyundai on Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd.
I brought my car in for service and was warmly greeted by Kelly as soon as I walked in. She took my information and explained what was included in my service and to make myself comfortable in the waiting area, which was very nice. Comfortable seating and large screen TV. I noticed that both the waiting room and bathroom were very clean. It was all done in a timely manner. Kelly explained everything that was done with my car and was very friendly and helpful. I am very pleased and satisfied with the service I received and will definitely be bringing my vehicle back in again for my next service.

We are sorry this visit took much longer than either you or we wanted.

Ridiculous is right, our goal with our Car Care Express service is oil changes and more while you wait and our goal has been 60 minutes or less.  We have been a bit overrun here of late and have many of the same conflict and issues other service industries are having now as well.  We are working hard to get through it and we certainly hope before you next oil change we'll be back to business as usual.

We are very sorry this was a poor visit but we look forward to making it up to you in the future.

Comfortable and covid safe waiting experience
I always like getting my car serviced here. The waiting room is comfortable. 2 tvs, one w sports, the other w hgtv. Hot coffee and tea fully stocked. Comfy chairs. Liked how they removed the magazines as a covid safety precaution. And i also got my battery replaced on my key fob for free while i waited. Always great service.

We know that this visit took a bit longer than usual owing to us needing to perform not one but two separate software updates on your Sonata while it was in for this oil change visit. 

Our Car Care Express service is designed to get you in, get you out, and get you back to your life by doing oil changes and more while you wait.  Our goal is 45 minutes to an hour and generally we are able to deliver this level of service.  These udpates however pushed us past our normal delivery times, still it should be good to know that all of your software is up to date now and you will not need to make another separate visit to address those items.

We really are happy to be your dealer and we'll look forward to seeing you again next visit.

Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale has wonderful customer service department. Actually, all the associates are courteous, professional and helpful. Working with Kelly my service consultant was a very positive experience. She went above and beyond to get amicable resolution in dealing with my serious car problems and repairs. Better than a poke in the eye.
I go to Earnhardt because my car is under warranty and they offer every other visit free (much like Bombas socks, except you actually benefit). It’s a nice place, which is good because they will keep you there for awhile.

Most things are better than a poke in the eye that is for sure and we do not expect to be quite as thrilling as a tax return either, but we do strive to deliver great service for you and your Palisade.  Without a doubt, we have been busier than usual lately and while our goal is 60 minutes or less for a service and a wash, these days that has been a challenge.  Let us all hope that before your next service we're back in form and Kelly will be able to move your Palisade swiftly through.

I worked with Kelly on getting the paint on my vehicle repaired, as well as a new tire for my blow out one and a new battery. She was fantastic. Called and texted me with updates as my repairs progressed. She arranged for a rental vehicle for me, and made the whole process easy and pain free. I knew exactly what I was getting and what it would cost me. I highly recommend her and this location for repairs and service.

Scheduling a service
Since the Blue Link App is down, I wasn't able to schedule service so I stopped to get it done.
During my previous maintenance I had a complain for a minor issue, I was contacted as they needed to discuss this issue.
Nazy handled my schedule request & she was so helpful, asked about my mentioned concerns & is going beyond making sure my concerns are cleared.
I do appreciate this kind of customer service, always keen to get the customer satisfied.
