Fantastic service!!
The entire staff is extremely sincere. They can’t do enough to make sure your service visit an absolute pleasure. On top of that they always wash your car for Free after they service your vehicle!!

Service Dept Scheduling
After calling and leaving voicemails for Two days and not having anyone call me back . I deceided to drive over the the dealership and find out why no one would return my calls .( Really blows my mind that i cant get anyone to take my money)
Talked to the service director Mike and expressed my displeasue with his service dept scheduling . or , lack of ........

This is the 3rd time I have had this problem . The only raeson I continue to come back is, The techs really do a good job and i know the work will be done according to factory specs
POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT
They could learn somthing from a Graet Sales department
