Great recovery
I was disappointed when I found that the tire rotation was not done on my last visit. The service manager called me to apologize and arranged for me to return whenever it was convenient for me. I realize that mistakes happen and when sincere efforts to remedy are made they are effective. Thanks for the corrective response.

This is my 3rd time requesting this = I dont understand why only vacuum the front floor mats. Would you folks be kind enough and take an extra 10 seconds and vacuum the rear floormats too and make your customers super happy?

Good experiences each time so far.
I needed to bring my car in for service/filters/oil change, and a tire issue. Everyone is always really nice, and the service was finished more quickly than they had estimated. Coffee, water, and soda available while you wait, and was able to use their wifi to get some work done so it didn't even really feel like I was waiting at all.
