Oil Change problems
I suspected stripped oil drain plug from a previous oil change done at Hyundai of St. Augustine. When I returned to that dealership for my next oil change I requested to see the drain plug when it was removed. Justin, my service advisor, was extremely cooperative and brought me the drain plug and is was, as expected, stripped. Justin had the drain plug replaced with a new piece. When I returned for my next oil change I again asked Justin to show me the drain plug. Again Justin was very cooperative and did bring the drain plug to me for inspection, and it was OK. I will be returning for my next oil change to be sure that this problem is resolved. I am sure that Justin has no control over what happens in the service department, but he has done an excellent job making sure that I am being satisfied.

Our policy is all  technicians are required to torque drain plugs to specifications and alert the advisors if a drain plug is showing signs of wear or hard to reinstall. Excellent customer service
I didn’t have an appointment. They said to bring my car in and leave it overnight. To my surprise, they called that same afternoon and my car was ready.
Everything they found and fixed was explained
and I was good to go.

I sat waiting for my vehicle and witnessed one of your advisors advisers explaining to an elderly woman regarding some things that needed to be done. She was upset because she really didn't know if she could afford it. He advised her that it didn't have to be done immediately and just to keep an eye on her tire wear in the meantime. He managed to calm her down and was very patient explaining it.

Justin, was excellent. Explained the service that was done on my car, explained what i needed to do to maintain it.
I will always bring my cars back to St. Augustine Hyundai for service. Everyone of the staff are kind, patient and polite.
