We've had good service on our hybrid Sonata ever since we've owned it. We are quite happy with the vehicle and with a Santa Fe we previously owned.

Friendy team at Woodhouse
I had my 2015 Elantra trunk latch repaired. They had to order the part and I returned a week later for final visit. Although Hyundai had sent the wrong part, the team found the right part in Council Bluffs and immediately went to pick it up. I was planning to wait anyway, so the delay was not an issue. I enjoy the computer work station in the customer waiting room. Sydney helped me print some things I needed for my house hunting, and she had saved my winter scarf that I had forgotten the week before. Every single associate who saw me said a warm and friendly hello and engaged in conversation. Their service level was outstanding and very much appreciated.

Got it in no problem got charge 84 dollars for them to tell me my horn doesn't work twice. They told me my sway bar was loose and upon taking it to two different mechanics they both said my sway bar was solid. Got what needed to be done done, but just kind of eh

Woodhouse has nearly unbeatable prices is why we buy from them. Don’t use them for service due to distance from our house. Had oil changed there this week and car was in and done in a matter of minutes rather than hours. Wish they had a location in SW Iowa.

They were ready for me when I got there and let me know everything tht they were doing and did it in a very timely manner.
I feel like I can trust what they recommend for my car and keeping it up to date. I have talked with other customers in the waiting room and it seems pretty much the same with them. I feel very confident that I am getting good care for my car and appreciate the respect and great service!

Fast but pricey
I feel lik 65 dollars for a tire rotation and oil change is expensive. I also then have to take it somewhere else to get a car wash. Josh is great to work with, they are quick with oil changes, and the waiting room is clean which is a plus.

The Woodhouse team went the EXTRA MILE!
I am so pleased with my most recent visit. My car was repaired quickly and well within a few days when it could have been months. The Woodhouse team worked hard to find my missing part and shipped it in from Chicago to make the necessary repair.
