Knowledgeable, efficient, clean, personable.
I was happy with the ease of booking and checking in. Staff were knowledgeable about the issue with my vehicle. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. They were efficient and the waiting time was acceptable. Overall it was a good experience.

I didn't buy my Palisade at Woodhouse, but I do love their service department. This issue we had been tracking for awhile and they never gave up or told me I was crazy

Disrespectful of Time
The staff took an extra hour and a half to do the service on my vehicle and did not notify me of the extra time or update me on my vehicle status.

For over 5 years we have had an on-going relationship with Woodhouse Hyundai! We have found that sales & service were the number 1 item we were looking for when we purchased our vehicle . During this tenure, we have discovered that honesty and integrity work hand in hand between the customer and the business. Woodhouse Hyundai exemplifies this to the max! Questions??? They are answered. Care of your vehicle is always utmost in the mind of the service personnel....no worries here!

Many dealerships in the Omaha area talk of their service department...however, Woodhouse PROVES that what they say, they follow through with example. The staff at Woodhouse not only talks the talk.........they WALK THE WALK! The service department personnel is personable, approachable and reliable! YOU CAN COUNT ON THEM!

No worries from this client/customer. They have proven themselves to us as proud owners of a Santa Fd!

I would definitely recommend Woodhouse. Everyone I have ever dealt with has been very efficient, kind, and knowledgable.

I would not, at this time, recommend a Hyundai. In the past when I have had a defective engine or known someone who has, on a different brand of vehicle, the 100,000 warranty was placed on the new engine as the warranty was paid for on a good engine, not a defective engine. At this time, Hyundai is only willing to place the remainder of the 100,000 mile warranty on the new engine that replaced the defective engine. I didn't pay for a warranty on a defective engine, that was not my fault it was the fault of Hyundai.

I would recommend a Woodhouse business to a friend but not Hyundai.

Another superior experience!
Woodhouse Hyundai continues to prove their word is their bond to the customer. Promises fulfilled and, if there is a delay for any reason, they are quick to inform the customer as to the reason for the delay. Having been a customer of Woodhouse Hyundai for many years, I never have to worry, nor have the slightest concern about something being overlooked, or the work not being completed to my satisfaction....

From the moment the vehicle is dropped off, to the notice that the vehicle is ready, I have always experienced superb, quality, and a sterling experience of complete trust in their expertise of repair, maintenance, and cost savings!

Thank you WOODHOUSE HYUNDAI....you all are the greatest!

The people are nice but they have not solved my issues with problems on my Tucson.
I have since found that my wiper fluid and antifreeze was not filled at my last service That does not seem right.
