The dealership is close to my home.
I guess you don't get car wash unless you asked. It's been an issue, since I started going to this dealership.

I recently made an appointment for an oil change. The confirmation came back Complimentary oil change. Your service writer not only didn't give me the free oil change he insisted I pay $35 before I could get my car back. I have purchased many cars from Scott and am very disappointed I was treated in this manner. I was going to email Scott directly but I decided to send this to you first.

Nice Place, good people
Great Service. Gerry & John in service were very helpful. Had to return the car because new part installed was no good, which was no fault of dealer, but they quickly fixed the issue with extra care.

The tech tried to sell me on something not necessary but did not provide me with documentation of the failed test. This is the second time this Hyundai shop misled me tontry to sell me an unneeded service.

expecting one thing and another happens
took my 2017 in for 1st oil change and tire rotation and expected to pay something though i have free oil changes the 1st yr and was pleasantly surprised no charge for the work done , even washed the veh which was nice . I was told it would take 45-60 min and it was completed within that time

Level of Service is far below what I have experienced with Cadillac and Lexus
I've been in 2 times and was extremely disappointed both times. Two hours for a scheduled oil change is far too long and the car wash left my car looking worse than when I dropped it off.

Our oil sticker machines default to 3750 intervals and I am sorry the mileage interval was incorrect on your sticker and did not reflect for the synthetic oil we placed in your vehicle.
