Takes forever and lacks communication
The amount of time it takes to complete service even when you have an appointment is ridiculous. There is a definite lack of communication as well.

I went in for a oil change and tire rotation got in and out quickly John Grasso is an excellent service manager. Service director Tim Turnbull is friendly and greets you to make sure all is good

Not a happy customer!
This was the first time getting oil change there, and there was no one around to tell me where to go. And waiting an hour and a half was ridiculous! And then the fellas that bring your car to you when its finished were sleeping on their desks and I couldnt see them because the counter/desks are high, so I stood there for 5-10 minutes! And an explanation as to what was even done! Were all the fluids ok or filled? Were the tires rotated? If not when do they get rotated? Do I need oil change at 3000 or 5000? Not a good experience!

They did a great job on my car and customer service was great. Only problem I had they fastened my bottom shield up perfect but front shield when I got home was not secure half hanging. Otherwise I was happy with service

John Grosso - the best!
Hyundai Serrvice Technician John Grosso has taken care of me and my son Mark 's Hyundais for the past several years,. He is the consummate customer service technician. He's very knowledgeable of the various Hyundai products, has excellent "people skills", and treats his customers with dignity and respect. There are other Hyundai dealerships closer to my home, but I will only go to Atlantic Hyundai to both service and purchase my cars. And I have people like John Grosso to thank for that. In short, he is the best!
