Dealer is great because of it's people. The problem is that corporate refused to fix my GPS.
The problem is not the dealer. It is Hyundai Corporate that would not approve fixing my GPS.

Atlantic Hyundai Great For Leasing & Service
I have been leasing from Atlantic Hyundai for the past 10 years. I am glad that Mr. Vic Carver for introducing me to Mr. John Grosso from the beginning. Shiny New Name, Same Mediocre Performance
I have a 2015 Hyundai Genesis. Every time I bring my car in for routine maintenance, like an oil change, there is an issue. Today I sat in a line of cars, at 930 AM on a Saturday, for fifteen minutes before I was able to pull my car into a lane to be checked in for service. At check-in they couldn't find my appointment on their check-in sheet and the tech insinuated that I had made a mistake or that I didn't actually have an appointment. Once I went in to see the service consultant I was directed to an empty desk and I was told to wait for John Grosso. John was nowhere to be found initially but showed up after less than five minutes when he told me, "I'll be right with you buddy." Then he disappeared again. Another service consultant saw that I was growing frustrated and called me over to let me sign off on the authorization to change my oil. This is a small hiccup, but the last time I dropped my car off for an oil change, they kept my car for 2 days before I could get it back. I have owned many different car brands as I tend to lease for 2 or 3 years at a time. I've owned Acura, BMW, Ford, Honda, Lexus and Toyota and I've always had my car serviced at the dealership. I've never before experienced the lack of courtesy, respect and common sense like I've encountered at Atlantic Hyundai. I feel I was more valued as a customer when I had a $20k Civic than I am now that I have a $50k Genesis. Hyundai should really do something about the service at this dealership if they expect to have success going forward with their Genesis brand and the new G80 and G90.

Not convinced the sales team has integrity. False promises were used as a capture to lease the car I did.
