You should know about a job well done.
John Grosso ALAWAYS takes such care to make sure I feel welcome. I have been going to your service center for the past 5 Hyundai cars I have owned. He has been there as long as I can remember and look forward to seeing him each time I have a new service appointment. He is an asset to the entire service department and the face I think of at Atlantic Hyundai. I will purchase my next car at Atlantic Hyundai because of the entire service department. I think of your service department as the most important "Accessory" in my car. I don't always look forward to service appointments but when I do I look forward to seeing John and the excellent service he and the entire department provides. Please send them ALL my compliments on a job well done.

The agents are very friendly, the waiting area is clean
I absolutely love to bring my car to you for service because of the great customer service I receive, the waiting time is not long is perfect. I always like to get my service done in a Saturday because is convenient, I’m very pleased.

Service Attention and Caring
Needed an oil change and service. Also needed my front brakes check. The brakes were found to be low, so they resurfaced my rotors and put on new front brakes while I waited. Now I have worry free driving for a while now. Thank you John Grasso and Tim Turnbill for your dedicated care and service of my Santa Fe. Your true gentlemen and know how to treat customers.

Excellent Service Experience
My 2013 Elantra needed to go in for a recall. When I scheduled my service appointment, i found out that there were actually two recalls on the vehicle. I usually work an early morning shift, so I try to schedule an afternoon appointment whenever I need service. As usual, John Grosso was able to fit my vehicle into the afternoon appointment time that worked for me. I like to wait for my vehicle, but was worried that having to perform two recalls meant I would be spending several hours at the dealer. John told me how long the service would take, and my work was completed before he said it would be. John always goes the extra mile to do as much as possible to make my service experience as close to perfection as possible. I give 5 stars to John and the service team at Atlantic Hyundai!

Done right
After getting my car services at other places and still having problems, Atlantic Hyundai fixed the problem and corrected other things under recall that the other dealership should have done. Very satisfied, will re turn for any future service.

not happy
made an appointment for a service that was supposed to take an hour, the original services were never completed, but they did handle my recalls and keep my vehicle for days to do other work (unexpectedly). waited 5 hours before being told it needed to stay and they would give me a rental. picked up my vehicle and as noted before the original service appointment issues were not addressed or fixed.
