Great service, great people. Professional in EVERY respect. Service schedule on time, kept me informed of progress, difficulties, etc. A MARVELOUS dealership. Any one can sell you a car and will do anything to do it. Not this dealership. They want you to buy a car from them, but they do EVERYTHING in their power to keep you coming back. T.E. Lawrence wrote of his Rolls -Royce in THe SEven Pillars f Wisdom. I want a Rolls-Royce withg tires and gas to last me a lifetime. He was WRONG, you want a Hyundai or a Genesis from Earnhardt North Scottsdale.

We will pass your concerns on to Hyundai that the recent 162 campaign does not allow for our customers that prefer synthetic oil. The campaign is very specific about which oil to use and we were required to meet the specifications of the recall.

Me and my family were driving home from vacation when my vehicle broke down after stopping to eat something along the way. Feeling helpless and frustrated I called the dealership and right away Jason had nothing but answers. Without skipping a beat we were able to get the car fixed and on with living. We are sorry that we were unable to warranty your damaged key fob, and also sorry that your extended warranty would not cover it either.

Unfortunately Hyundai keyfobs are not waterproof and damage from water submersion is outside the manufacturers control.

You are welcome to review our findings with your hometown dealer in Temecula California.
