I love Earnhardt. I would not go anywhere else. The service employees are friendly and helpful, the check in and out process is easy, and the waiting room is comfortable. The dealership is very clean. Best dealership I have ever experienced. Also they take great care of my car. Thank you.

Okay service. Dealership needs more education on the Hyundai per-paid service plan. More explanation of the service checks. My Toyota dealership is a step up from Hyundai dealerships.

Hard to reach service dept. To busy, don't get called back after leaving a message. etc.
Beautiful place, Not happy with the way sales are handled there. Constant changes in personal. Service dept. is lacking. Something is missing, perhaps at the top, the buck stops there.

The service is alway excellent and done in a timely manner. All of the sales reps. and service people are great to work with. The waiting area is very comfortable, with good coffee, and danish in the morning.

From our side, an oil change, a recall, and replacing your battery before it left you stranded, all in under an hour while you waited seems like a pretty good visit.

We are interested in learning what was not good and why not recommended and perhaps we could find a way to serve you differently in the future.

Another flawless service!
I've been coming to Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale for the service of my 2014 Santa Fe since we purchased it new at that same dealership and every service appointment experience so far have been excellent. Very happy with Hyundai and the team at EHNS.
