You do have are having a challenge with your maintenance department picking up the phone for scheduling and returning the calls for scheduling just been a continual problem and there's lack of customer service with the way he calls incoming calls for service appointments are dhandled

Thank you for the 5-star review despite the challenges reaching us by phone, popularity has its downside.

You can always try scheduling online, or through Bluelink(tm) if you find we are running busy when you need us.  We continue to make improvements in our systems and we look forward to the day when reaching us is much easier.
