Great energy in the Dealership
I work for a Canadian Dealer Group with 180 dealerships. You can walk into dealerships and feel the energy, literally. You get the bad vibes in the stores where everyone looks like they came out of a movie about "old school" car dealerships. The sales associates look down their nose at you and the managers look at you the same.

Eckert Hyundai, you walk in and you feel like it's you "other" home. Welcoming as well as a great way of treating everyone the way the guest wants to be treated. I don't know if I've met the owners, but, I'd say it must start from the top! Hyundai, you have a great franchisee in Eckert Hyundai!
