The easiest truck purchase I have ever made.
I came in, looked at the Ranger, drove it, took advantage of rebates, got my trade-in appraised and bought the truck. No pressure, professional sales person and sales manager - the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made!

Great dealership!
Positive interactions between service workers and customer. I bought a used Raptor at Mike Ford last summer. Easy transaction and the Mike Ford Dealership made sure I was happy with the purchase. Since then I have been adding off road accessories and Jacob in the accessory department has been working with me to get my truck the way I want it. The prices are competitive with other off-road shops. The Raptor is an amazing truck for off-roading and as a daily driver; and I only trust the Ford mechanics and the accessory department to work on my “baby!”

Truck lifted
I had my 2012 F2 50 super duty lifted 3 1/2 inches with an alignment. The technicians did an amazing job and Jacob the manager of the parts and accessories promised exactly what he said. My truck looks amazing better than I thought it would Look. Kudos to Mike White Ford for the amazing customer service even if there is a slight mistake you guys will own it and rectify it. I made the 3 hour drive on Friday morning to the Idaho dealership and arrived at 8 am. Sean, who is an internet salesman introduced me to Kenny, who would take things over because it was his day off. Tyler also came out and introduced himself and away went into conversation. They all had Montana roots so it wasn't hard to make quick friends. About an hour in, we realized the shop misunderstood what their task was and in fact, swapped the wheels AND tires, instead of just the wheels. That meant they would have to start over and I would have to sit there even longer. The boys could tell I was irritated about this so before I knew it, Kenny came over and said lets go to breakfast. That's exactly what we did. He took me down to have steak and eggs and we got to know each other even better, all while killing time while the shop was correcting their mistake.
Upon return, it sounded like they were so close to having it out the door but it wasn't quite there. Tyler and Kenny were also getting bothered by the delay and were making frequent trips back to the shop checking in and giving me updates. As I sat there in the waiting room, which is very comfortable, I remembered I wanted a cargo mat for the rear of the vehicle. I called Tyler over and inquired. He went and check on pricing and availability, came back and said they had one for $180, but for all the hassle, they would sell it to me for $130. I told him I had a $100 bill, how about that? He said lets go talk to them. We walked back there and up to the parts desk, Tyler reached into his own wallet, pulled out $40, took my $100 and told the guy to also throw in the cargo mat. Now you tell me where else I would have witnessed that?
Shortly thereafter I was on the road back to Montana. I couldn't believed how well they took care of me and added so much value to make me feel like I won. As Kevin O Leary from Shark Tank says "a good deal is when there is pain on both sides." That could not have been more true. I felt good leaving Mike White Ford in my 2015 Ford Expedition Platinum!

Jacob and the crew at Mike White Ford , got my truck scheduled in next day to install all of Ford accessories on my new F-150. The largest part installed was a 3 inch leveling kit by Ford performance it not only looks better but it rides much better than it did stock! Thanks for a job well done..

Your sales consultant Clint was great. I had an appointment with Toyota right after I met with Ford but Clint sold me on the Ford Ranger I bought right then. Never made the Toyota appointment. They are still calling.

Great Pricing, Service & Custom Shop
I purchased a new 2019 Ford Ranger from Mike White Ford on Dec. 21. From a Sales perspective, I received a fair offer on my trade and the negotiations on the new vehicle was a pleasant experience as I believe they offered me fair pricing. I chose to delay picking up the vehicle that day as there was some service and customizations that I had requested as part of the sale. The Custom Shop Manager contacted me throughout the week to inform me of the progress on my vehicle. He also coordinated with the Service Department to ensure that everything would be taken care of in as little time as possible. Excluding the holiday that week, my new Ranger was ready for pickup in less than 4 business days. I was thrilled with the experience and would highly recommend the dealership.

Goes the extra mile
Had trouble hooking up Ford Pass, Curly went the extra mile working on the issue with other sales reps and finally getting additional help to finally get it to work correctly. I've always been a fan of Ford F-150's and am now a fan of Mike White Ford and Curly.

Great waiting area while our cca is being service. Staff in the show room are friendly and helpful.
Your service crew are very professional, courteous and quick to greet clients as soon as they arrive in the service bay. The shuttle driver is pleasant and is timely for pickup and drop off.
