Truck purchase
I stopped by as I continued my “re-con” search for information to help me determine what truck was right for me. I happened upon a truck that caught my interest among other in the line. While I was busy checking it out a salesman, who was with another client just said briefly, “I’m currently busy assisting these folks but I’ll be back when I free up if you need anything “
Well he (Mark) did return and couldn’t have been more helpful! Answering all my questions while never once “pitching” me, just information! I said (to myself) I could do business with this man if the Vehicle fits my criteria. Obviously I looked interested and he said “the keys are in it would you like to test drive it?” Off we went again explaining some of the features and equipment this truck had and answering my questions! By the time we were heading back to the dealership I was hoping he could work with me on pricing and even though I was “just looking” and had been getting my services for my current truck there already I felt confident I would be treated right! I wasn’t wrong. More questions more answers and I felt comfortable the deal would be right for me. Ended up having him put a hold on the truck!
Went home thought about everything we discussed and went back there the next day (which he had told me was his off day) and worked with Kevin to whom Mark had already introduced me to the day before. Pleasant and friendly conversation turned into how do I make on offer?
Again extremely helpful and knowledgeable to inform me and help me with presenting the offer. Couldn’t have been easier or more relaxing. Done. After more casual conversation I was introduced to Tyler to take care of the paperwork. Another fine gentleman who was very helpful and informative.
If you’re looking to be treated fairly purchasing a vehicle I hope you’re as fortunate as I was with this team. Thanks guys

Stellar Spring Detail by MWF detail shop!
That time of year and fairly new to CDA, so called Mike White Ford where I’ve been having my vehicle serviced since I moved to the area about having it detailed! They have impressed me each time I visit with their prompt and friendly customer service. The place is brightly lit and temperature controlled, as well as spotless! Once you’ve turned over your keys there’s a great lounge area to wait in or meet your courtesy driver who will gladly drop you where you need to go!! Then when your vehicle is ready they will come pick you up!! The best part was picking up my car and having it look amazing!! No more white dog hair to be found anywhere in my black interior!! The last detail I got I won’t mention names (starts with a Z?), let’s just say the guys at MWF really did a stellar job!! I can’t say enough great things about it! I do have a friendly suggestion…I paid with a credit card and there is no way to leave a tip on the card!? I wish that could be resolved! I went to an ATM
and got cash to bring back to personally hand to them! I let them know how much I appreciated their very exceptional detailed hard work!! I was so pleased with this experience and happy to have my vehicle looking almost new again! Thank you to everyone at Mike White Ford for making things go smoothly from start to finish/arrival to departure! Well oiled machine! Extra big shout out to the amazing detail shop!! I’ll be back!

4 tire change
4 tire change quote was competitive with other shops I quoted with. They changed 4 tires and replaced a sensor without any issues. Very please with the level of service I received.

From the car buying experience to each of my service appointments the friendliness and attentiveness at Mike White Ford have been unparalleled. Jonathan Hedden and his manager, Seth, answered every question I had and helped me through the decision making process. I never felt pressure, I always felt welcome and like I was a priority, and I never felt like my questions were annoying or dumb (and some of them may have been both! ?). I am now a customer for life, and I won’t go anywhere else for maintenance services, upgrades, and my next vehicle.

The crew at Mike White Ford replaced my tires. Unknown to me, a previous owner had filled one of the wheels with corrosive flat-repair spray. The Mike White team added this cleaning to the job and still came in under the estimated price! And beat other local prices at the same time.

Installation of an accessory on vehicle.
The actual installation and interaction with Jacob was great. He was very cordial and helpful in explaining how my new accessory works and answered questions. Great day. My complaint was the ordering process. I had ordered the accessory 8 weeks ago as I scheduled my maintenance appointment. As was stated at that time that it may not arrive in time to install at the maintenace appointment. However, 7 weeks go by and I hear nothing from Mike White's accessory department. I go in to find out why, and Preston, who took my order, could not explain until he found the paperwork. Then he called the distributor or warehouse (?), and they indicated they didn't get the order. So, no one was checking on orders arrivals, delays, etc. and keeping me informed. I almost cancelled. That needs to change. I enjoy going to Mike White Ford, but this is unacceptable.

Tyler and Tyler were outstanding to work with .
Very knowledgeable and professional. And no need to go elsewhere for wheels and tire upgrades and 2” lift . And Accessary experts Jacob and Preston were very helpful and competitive on price . A great experience overall .

Running board replacement
Easy to make appointment BUT I had to go to the dealer on my own to find out if the replacement parts were in. Repair was quick once everything got ironed out. Can only rate 4 stars because of dealer not letting me know parts were in
