Excellent experience all round
My 2020 Kona developed an oil leak after reporting it to Huffines they arranged for the vehicle to be towed to their workshop and further offered me a replacement whilst mine was being repaired.
THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS NO COST TO ME.

Lack of communication
I have never been disappointed in the service I have received from this dealership until now.
I scheduled an appointment and no one told me they would need to keep my car for 3 days until I dropped it off.
I had to call to get updates. No one called me.
When I picked up my car, 3 hours after they said it was ready, I had to wait another 25 minutes for them to find my car and my keys.

Worst service department !!! Be aware!!! 0 stars
For some reason I can’t change my rating to one star.
I have take my 2011 Sonata to Huffines Plano because the location but I haven’t had a good experience. January 15 2021I got my car in for a recall service and they broke the shifter and it is still not fixed. Today May 29 2021 they told me that it will not be fixed for free and I have to pay around $430. ?????
On May 10 I have to take it back to swap the engine due to knocking noise and was done for free because the extended warranty by Hyundai then they recommend to replace the serpentine belt which I agreed to, but they double charge me for labor to install it while the engine was replaced. Be aware of this people. Hyundai cars have excellent warranty but specially Huffines Hyundai Plano service department is a terrible choice to get your car fixed.

My daughter took our car for troubleshooting- engine light came on. She took it later in the day and was told can’t look at it until tomorrow which I expected. I called two days after dropping it off and spoke with Andy -service Advisor. Andy explained the issue and told me he can repair the problem and have car ready by end of business. My car was ready that same day as promised. I was so happy to receive that good news and the total estimate given by Andy was reasonable in my view. I was a satisfied customer with repairs and price.

Transmission hard shifting.
I have taken my suv in twice for the same problem. The first time they could not replicate my problem. The second time they reset the computer and that did not fix the sporadic problem.
