When in doubt, get Gary to help you out!
I came to the Plano dealership after receiving less than accomodating service at another location. I was introduced to Gary Reichart here, who took care of everything that I needed done for my car. Since it wasn't a simple fix, I needed a loaner vehicle for the time that my car would be with the Plano Dealership. Gary made sure that I had wheels for the entire duration of the service and even extended the alotted time for said loaner vehicle when the service was going to take a little while longer.

Hassle free, respectable, and delivered as expected. Thank you kindly!

Took car for service and extended warranty repair. Had problems with driver actuator from last time not repaired due to parts and they honored the repair as car was over 5 years original warranty. Thank you

It took a long time to get the parts in but all service was completed without an issue. They were great about working with me on getting a vehicle to get around with during the wait time.

When I pulled up I was told to go to the second bay, to check in. When I did I waited for all the cars in the first line to get checked in, even the ones who showed up after me. They wouldn’t tell me why I was just told to wait. Waiting room is small and stuffy but has comfy chairs I guess. They did wash the car before returning it to me.

Great experience!
Gary was the main man! Our car was in the shop for over a month and Gary would update me periodically through the journey of our car getting fixed. We had a loaner the entire time with no problems and we got our car back with a fixed engine. Super satisfied.

Warranty Repair Experience - Exceptional
My experience for a warranty covered repair was exceptional. Even though there was an unexpected longer time spent for it to be approved then repaired, the staff were great. Craig, the service manager, was great in helping me get the dealership rate on a rental, then returning it in for a loaner, and interceding with the warranty company to get the maximum refund on my rental. Glad to be a satisfied customer.
