Outstanding Service
Once again Gary Desrosiers, my Service Advisor, and the Braman Service Department delivered on providing excellent care for my 2012 Hyundai Sonata! Everything from recall concerns to flushing of the hydraulic brakes to replacing oil and wiper blades to rotating the tires, etc. was handled professionally and completed when promised. I was in and out by the time, I had some coffee and a holiday chat with a new friend.

2018 has been yet another GREAT year with Braman Hyundai! Thanks so much GARY! :)

Worth the wait
I had gone in for a standard service appointment but pointed out a few problems. Gary told me 2-2.5 hours. The car was ready in exactly 2 hours and though he said i’d Have to come back with the tank full to really check my gas gauge problem, whatever they did to check it thus far fixed my problem, so thanks!

Had a routine service the morning after Thanksgiving and the Service Advisor took me right on time, kept me apprised of the status; and delivered the car earlier than promised. I had visited the Doral Hyundai dealer one time to beat the drive and it was a complete joke. I was put into the wrong line, with no nice indoor waiting area and complete incompetence and rudeness - never again. I packed up and left there and I will always trust my car and time to Braman. They have a luxurious waiting area as well - no hassle and worth the extra drive for me!
