My Service provider was Absolutely Amazing and knowledgeable
I must say I have been taking my car to the Breman Dealership for a while and the experience has been nothing short of Amazing. My Kids Grandmother ( Wanda Fenderson) recommended I take my car there because her Father (Willie Fenderson) worked for Mr. Breman and I am happy with the decision to keeping my car serviced with the company, They are very knowledgeable in regards to what's best for my car. I am so grateful that I as a Woman is comfortable brining my car in and not feeling like I've been cheated out of my time or money.

Outrageous Repair Quotes For Work Not Needed
It’s the type of service and repair quotes you would expect from a shady shop. I would never expect that from a reputable dealer.

As I stated in our conversations, I understand your situation of evaluation the value  of your car verse the cost  repairs. As proof of my willingness to help  I not only accepted your 15 % off Costco coupon  I ALMOST DOUBLED the discount.  As I stated earlier we use factory parts, factory trained technicians, and repair your vehicle back to factory specifications.  The Quote you received was to repair a safety issue relating to your braking  system back to the factory spec's.  I looked into the situation for you as I said I would and found no negligence on the part of my service writer or technician. Even thou there was no fault found I understood your situation and wanted you to feel good about your daughter coming here for service. I offered you that your daughter could return and I would take care of the maintenance to the vehicle at no cost to you. The service is always top of the line
I had to bring in my 2015 for a check up with one of the tail lights because the turning signal was not working and had to replace it due to condensation, he ordered the part for me and i came back a few days later and had it installed in no time. Thank you, and high five to Garry in service! :)

Went for a 30K maintenance service. Car was delivered in less than 3 hours. But when I went to pick up the car, there was no personnel available to return the car to me. Low coverage on Sundays. Overall “Average” experience.
