Jeff and Frank helped me and went above and beyond to accommodate my service needs; especially since my experience with sales was so horrendous. I truly appreciate how kind they were and for making sure My remote was programmed free of cost as i was told by the sales department it would be. They even gave me a free second set of key and remote. I’d advise people to separate their sales experience from the service department. I went to my appointment with negative expectations based on the sales department and it was the complete opposite. They acknowledged how far I traveled for the service too and wanted to make sure I was all set and wouldn’t have to come back. Thanks Jeff and Frank.

Friendly and helpful employees
I went into the service center for an oil change. I believe the employee’s name was Paul who walked me through the whole process as well as did some inspection on my car with me. I had a question about my brakes and he made sure he had a mechanic look at them to reassure me nothing was wrong. Overall it was a nice experience and I will return whenever I need to service my car.

Pleasantly surprised
I had avoided going to the dealership for service in the past because I was just fearful of being taken for a ride financially. But the service was great and the people were the best. Very friendly and personable staff!

Excellent servicing
I love the service I receive from Empire Hyundai. I am not too happy with my accent. It is terrible in the snow. When purchasing this vehicle I felt coerced to buy it. The salesman insisted it would be great for me because it's reliable and excellent in the snow. I have two adult children with disabilities (autism) and need to transport them back and forth to various physicians for treatment. I really wish your salespeople wouldn't prey on the vulnerabilities of others. That's a terrible sales tactic. If I am ever in this position again with your salespeople. I will get on my cell phone and call the police. I felt bullied and when I tried to leave, I had to fight to get my car keys. Next time, if there will be a next time, I won't fight with the staff. I WILL CALL THE POLICE>
