This is not the first time this happens.
What happened?! the customer service went from a high to a very low once I got the car home. I'm not far from your location on grand and oak park so I don't know what caused the smokey situation with my car later that afternoon. In addition, i left two messages, one on Monday and the other on Tuesday. I finally received a call on Wednesday after requesting the name of the CEO on your online chat. Unfortunately, I cannot take calls until after 3:30 p.m. but I did call back. I was told that a Mr or Ms. Varella (?) had called me. I'm on lunch now so I'll try calling back. Status on the car is the smoke is now white coming out of the exhaust - not sure if that's any better than the think black color on monday afternoon.

As of today problem still not resolved and vehicle is back in the shop for repair when the issue could have been resolved in the 5mths the dealership had my vehicle for an engine recall once my car stopped on me and almost caught fire
