Excellent and honest service

We always have our Hyundai Tucson serviced at Lee Johnson's. I like the on-line service reservation system. It's easy to use when scheduling appointments for service. It allows you to add notes to the service team so they know what you expect ahead of time. They keep you informed and updated if anything new is discovered and provide you with options and let you decide...nice!

I started taking my 2015 Elantra to Lee Johnson Everett for servicing in 2017.
Each and every time I am greeted cheerfully, told exactly what is going to take place, then presented my fully serviced car more quickly than anticipated.
The waiting area is terrific as well.
Keep doing exactly what you have for the past 2 years -- I will come back again and again.

Love your dealership. Service was great and I also had a chance to talk to King (sales). He is always aware of when his customers come in. Always making sure all is ok and always making sure I know about new car model arrivals etc. he knows exactly what I am going to be looking for in a year or so and keeps me in the loop.
