Need fuel pump assembly, the Price quoted for repair was outrageous. $850 parts and labor plus tax $945 total. Said the part was $500 found it for $150. Two hour job.

Eric took care of our needs with a smile and a great attitude. We had to have our Tucson towed to the their dealership for repairs. They discovered that the 100,000 mile warranty would cover all the costs! Remarkable, to say the least. Eric got us into a loaner, a Kona, right away. No worries and no hassles. It was refreshing to see such great customer service. Our Tucson was our first new Hyundai purchase and man am I glad I did. Based on my past experiences with car purchases and dealerships, I found a gem in my Hyundai Tucson and Lee Johnson's of Everett. You set the example for others to follow.

Prompt service was provided for a difficult electrical fault with my vehicle. I was quickly provided a loaner car so I could go about my day while the car was serviced. The issue was resolved and my car ready the next day. Hyundai of Everett has always provided quick, quality and friendly service.

Took my '13 Sonata SE in for its 90K service before a long (3K) road trip. Only needed them to do the coolant and fix a problem from when the nav system was replaced (USB cable wasn't completely hooked up). Some things I can do, some things I'll let the mechanic handle. Dropped it off the night before and it was ready before 9AM the following day. All was good! And tunes for the road!
