Amazing People and Great Customer Service
I bought my car through Lee Johnson and now own two cars with them. Not only have they always been kind and considerate, but buying with them was a breeze! Their service department has always gone above and beyond including fitting me in when I arrived late for an oil change AND a recall fix! I would and do recommend them to anyone.

Fit me in when I got appointment time wrong.
I showed up a day early and was really grateful for the courteous and professional way the service staff managed to get my Ionic in anyway for much needed regular maintenance. Always efficient and patient with my many questions about my hybrid vehicle. Also, a free car wash bonus! This is one of four Hyundai vehicles my family owns- we will always come back to Everett Hyundai.

Service Department hit or miss
I have had good experiences with the services department /staff in the past but this time was a big disappointment. The service check in person dismissed my concerns about the TPM system, saying it was a very sensitive system. He offered no help in how to get the tire pressures within 1/2 pound of each other as most gauges are not that sensitive. My alarms were going off for three days, without any clue as to what tire was low or what pressure the sensor was reading.

It will be a very disappointing event if I have to go to the dealership every time the sensor goes off because I can not get the correct amount of pressure in each tire, not to mention having to check all 4 tires
