After speaking with Mr. Bob, who is the supervisor over the service department my issue was resolved. He refunded me the diagnostics for bringing my car back in. Also, he was patient and worked into the issue himself to resolve it and that he did. He also kept his word by saying he would get back to me as soon as possible and I was back on the road within a few hours upon their opening.

Satisfied costumer, courteous Service rep
I’m generally content with the service I received. Even though scheduling the first of two appointments and service completion took longer than I would’ve liked, the Service Rep, Danielle, was honest, considerate, and informative regarding the unusual circumstance that caused the delays and discrepancies. In the end, the services rendered were what I needed.

Would not recommend! Very unprofessional! They Will cause a problem with your car so be careful. Ensure that they fix the problem because they will try to say it’s something else wrong when it’s not just for the compensation. They will also try to cover up their lies.

Good service, Needs work on informing
I received the service that I needed over the course of 3 months since scheduling the first appointment out of two. The service rep was friendly but I would’ve appreciated more detailed explanation of the repairs. I’m displeased by the wait between appointments took, but I was informed that the staffing is thin.

Help wanted
Because my phone calls went unanswered, I was forced to drive to the dealerShip to make my maintenance appointment in person. There were only two employees checking cars in and doing a terrific job considering the volume. When I (rather irately) explained that my phone calls weren’t answered
, they both appeared confused and stymied. Dana Park and Danielle Slick very professionally handled my complaint and made the necessary appointment. They were apologetic and did not put blame on others.
The service bays were very busy so I know they had been swamped and doing their best.
As usual, the actual service was great and done in a timely manner.
The phone call failures sheds a bad light on what is a stellar service dept.
my suggestions are:
1. Improve phone communication with emphasis on timely return calls.
2. Get some desk help for Ms. Slick and Ms. Park. They can’t be expected to provide first rate service if they don’t have support from management. As a customer, I can see the problem; why does management seem unaware or unable to help.
I would appreciate feedback on this review.
