GREAT service
I completed a survey about my experience on Sept. 27 when I took my Santa Fe in for service...it never appeared so I wanted to write another one. The reason I wanted to make sure the survey was posted is because the representative, Danielle Slick, was FABULOUS. I had called to ask a question several days earlier to schedule service and no one called me back. I called again - within 30 minutes, Danielle called me back, scheduled my service, was quite knowledgeable about what was required. When I came in for the appointment, she greeted me and I was out of there at the time she said. I love Taylor Hyundai!!

Wonderful experience
Wonderful people to work with. Great service. Reasonably priced. They don’t try to sell me extra services I haven’t asked for, unless they are truly needed. Relaxing waiting areas with free hot tea, coffee, cream and sweeteners, flavored creamers, hot chocolate, tv (or area with no tv), Free WiFi. Vending machines with snacks and cold beverages. I can call to schedule an appointment or I can book it online.

When they were finished, they even brought my car (and other people’s cars) back into the garage, because it was raining. It the little thingst like that that make it a perfect experience. I really miss the vacuum and car wash service, but I can’t say it’s not still a perfect experience, because I know it’s because of COVID-19.

Easy to work with.
I use the online scheduling feature for service (which is great) and the Service Advisor (Danielle) took care of a Hyundai recall in addition to the normal service saving me an extra trip.
