Not satisfactory at all
I to check the brakes that have been making a squeaking noise and they couldn’t find anything and technicians didn’t hear it. However, the brakes continue to make a squeaking noise and this is for a 2020 model that hardly has 12k Miles on it and has not be driven that much. It makes me wonder if is something that has to do with a factory defect and if that is the case, it should be fixed under the manufacturer warranty. Also mentioned that the driver’s seat heating system was defective, sometimes it will work and other times it will not turn on. The representative indicated that they had to do a diagnosis and if it was determined that there was nothing wrong, I will have to pay the diagnosis fee of $180, which seems to be ridiculous. It should be inspected and there is definitely something wrong with it, but I am concerned that they will say that nothing is wrong, same as with brakes and then I will be stuck paying a $180 diagnosis fee for nothing. This is the first time that we own a Hyundai and it will probably be the last time. Wr have always owned Toyota vehicles and have not experienced this type of issues that should be covered under the bumper to bumper warranty.

Great Hyundai Service Visit
My recent service visit for my Sonata was a pleasant one....I was checked in quickly.....they contacted me with the list..went over everything they felt needed to be done....it made sense to go ahead and get all the suggested work done...I dropped off early am on Monday......my car was completed Tues evening but I couldn't get there for the pick up til weds am.....at checkout my service man went over everything again....even got to use my service coupons....then walked with me out to get my car....I would have liked to have had a loaner...would have saved me a lot on a rental...but all in all..a pleasant enough experience....I am always nervous/upset when Dwayne Joseph has to go in the shop.and I have been thru a lot of trials and tribulations lately......I appreciate my service persons care and patience...Thank you College Park Hyundai!!!!

Loving my New delivery
My daughter Aarika' and I went into the dealership to purchase Extended Warranty for the 2018 Elantra. And Ike the Finance Manager made me a offer that we couldnt refuse, with affordable payment. We purchased a 2021 Hyundai Elantra and love it. Its the beautiful unusual blue. Ebonni we love you! You gave us a awesome deal in 2018. You have moved up in position....Congratulations. Ike and Kola you are Top Notch. I will highly recommend this staff to everybody that I come in contact with. They are the Best!!!

Service Technicians have always been very courteous and knowledgeable. They have been instrumental in helping me keep my 8 year old automobile on the road in its excellent shape.
