Terrific Customer Service

The gal that checked me if for my routine maintenance service appointment was just fabulous. She answered my questions, made sure I was comfortable waiting for my car and had the mechanics address the couple of small concerns I had with my new car. Plus, they washed my car and car mats! I am very pleased that my car was ready at the time I was promised. The visit to the service department started my day in a really positive way. Many thanks to team McGrath!

Standard Experience

Everyone comes here out of necessity and it is shown by the available amenities. You won't be wow'd but you probably won't be upset either. The wifi works well so it is easy to slouch in a chair on your phone for the duration of you visit or watch one of the two TVs. Working space is limited if you had plans of being productive. The coffee has caffeine in it and is not the worst; if you're planning a longer maintenance I recommend bringing a snack, there are no vending machines or food available.
