The service Rep

Christine Tortelli is the reason why I returned back to get service. She keeps me well inform explains everything to make me understand. The only bad thing are the labor pricing is ridiculous, for a customer who’s been with Hyundai for many years you’ll think there would be better offers or discounts on service.

Inattentive Staff

Super average service. I spent a full Saturday there, and then had to drop my car off again on a weekday. Both days I wasn't given updates about my car throughout the day until the service was complete. Basic communication would've greatly improved my experience. Also, the staff came across lazy and inattentive. I'm new to Chicago, so I defaulted to taking my car to a dealer because I didn't want to do research for a different option. They didn't give me any reason to go back.
