What a joke

Had a 2016 sonata, nothing but problems on this car. Finally needed an engine replacement. Waited 7 months for a new engine. During that time, I got a call from a "manager" telling me to come in and discuss my options and maybe trade in for another car. When back, talking to their "manager" and he flat out said there was nothing they can do since I owe a lot on my car. Maybe if I had positive equity. Ha! Positive equity on a finance car!?!? Yeah ok. Gets worst. The man was rude, refused to let me talk and said I told me to leave.

Finally got my car back after 7 months. Picked up and drove to Ziegler's Chevy. Bought a brand new car. They took my crappy Hyundai and my car payments are $20 less than what I was paying.

Be smart go anywhere but here.

Christine T. is the only service advisor I will work with

Christine is truly the best of the group in the service dept. she truly gives a damn about her customers and will do the right thing for them!
That's not always the case with others in the service dept who seem to follow the script to get you in and out, with no care or concern about the customer's experience. It matters. If there comes a time that she leaves, I will take my business elsewhere. She is the reason I keep coming back to have my car serviced at the dealership.

I never write these, but I had to for this one

Let me start by saying I have been to some awful dealerships. One example, I had my last car taken care of by another dealership, where they held my keys because they insisted I buy a new car. Not cool. This dealership had me greeted by Christine, the best service rep I could ever have imagined. She made the check-in process seamless and gave me a call when my car was ready. The best part, they ordered an Uber for me so I could get to work. Bravo team, great customer service. Please give Christine a raise or a bonus. If I do buy a new car, it will be because of her customer service skills.

Vehicle Service is good/customer service not where it should be

I've never had an issue with the actual service that's being done to my vehicle, the reason for the 3 star rating is due to the lack of customer service. I was promised my vehicle would be serviced within 90 minutes, when it was getting close to 2 hours, I contacted the service department via text message and they never responded. When I asked at the counter if my vehicle was done, I was just told no, that they were just taking longer, no apology was extended and I wasn't given a new promised time until I pressed for it. I went in for an oil change, there are multiple options for oil changes in close proximity to the dealership. So I expect them to treat customers as if their business is important to them because there are many other options.
