No Service Done, but told hours later the car was repaired and ready for pick-up.

If I leave my car in your service area for several hours; get the call informing me of the problem and stating what was done to fix the problem, hey how about actually repairing the car.
After this long day of my car being in the service department, when I got home the car was acting up the same way.
When I called to complain I was told Christine will call me back, well a month later, I'm still waiting for that callback, mybe she'll call on Never.

Christine is amazing! After scheduling my appt for just an oil change it turned out that I needed some additional services I was not expecting. She provided me with free transportation back home and from my home back to the dealer once my car was ready. I was able to still take of personal things while knowing my car was in good hands.

Oil change

My service provider was great christine. Very nice and respectful. The huge downfall was that it took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get an oil change! Also I think it's funny that there is a sign in the garage saying fast oil changes. That's. Huge lie. But at least christine was very nice and provided excellent customer service.
