Service has always been great. Cory your service manager was extremely helpful and we felt very comfortable dealing with him. He was very attentive and answered all our questions. Our concerns do not deal with our experience but we are concerned about how many service managers you have lost since we purchased our 16 vehicle in August of 15. It appears that your corporation needs to work on keeping employees. Tim Hash who has been our tech for years both currently and at Toyota who you could trust with your life also left to our disappointment. That was such a loss to your company. Please work on keeping your service staff. I wish We could give you suggestions to help but we have no idea as to why they left. We are sad.?

The courtesy, cleanliness, efficiency and intelligent service people who address the customer's concerns before the car even gets to the garage.
This was a standard maintenance appointment, lube and oil change, but with an issue regarding an LED light on the dashboard which seemed to have burned out. I was scheduled for a diagnostic test to see what the issue was with that light. But my service person thought of something and decided to check for himself before the car went to the garage. He discovered that I simply had turned the knob without realizing it, turning off the light and saving me a lot of money. He also discovered I needed a new high-beam bulb in the process. This service person, Corey Spotts, kept me updated throughout, moved the car through quickly, and was professional and friendly every step of the way. He even explained the lighting apparatus in the car one more time before I departed and suggested I call him back if I forgot anything. I was very impressed with his willingness to help beyond the usual duties.
