Great service and communication.
We dropped our Genesis off for inspection ,oil change and new front tires. The service was fantastic and there were no hidden charges.
When we picked up the car everything that was done was explained to us and it looked like they detailed the car, that's how clean it was inside and out.

RIP OFF they perform services to your car you didn't ask for.
Can't recommend Freedom Hyundai because they don't follow your instructions as to what to do or not to do to your vehicle. They just do what they want and give you a bill for services you might not want or expect! Some of which appear to be bogus.

The customer service of the service department is top notch. Corey always goes above and beyond to explain what needs to be done. It is people like him that make me drive to Freedom Hyundai for vehicle service/maintenance when it is not the closest Hyundai dealership to my home.

Very informative!
Very clean comfortable waiting area. Service attendant was very informative with me. My Tuscon had a recall that was completed while I had my oil change done. Liked the good friendly service I received.

Simple Headlight Bulb Ended Up Taking 55 Minutes
I called in a little after 1pm to see if they could squeeze me in since my headlight burnt out the night before. I was told they had an opening at 2pm which I took that way they could fix it and I could get to work by 3pm. When I arrived they did not even have me listed but they took the car anyway. About 2:35 pm I was told what the cost would be and I thought I was done - no they were only letting me know the price before the work started. Finally, at 2:55 pm they said the car was done and I paid - needless to say I was not going to make it to work by 3pm since it is a 30 minute drive from Hamburg (thank goodness I work for a place that could cover until I got there). Do not get me wrong I am glad that they fixed it since I work second shift and do a lot of night driving back to Hamburg on I-78 but I think 55 minutes to change a single bulb is ridiculous.
