Once the exact terms and conditions were explained to me, I understood the initial reluctance of the service writer to have the service performed. I understand it now. I would recommend St. Charles Hyundai.

Good but takes long for a simple service
They took 2 hrs for an oil exchange and a manufacturer recall with this appointment but never mentioned they will take 2 hours to do it.
One recommendation will be if an appointment is taking this long at least provide a complimentary car wash service. I had my hopes this was one of the reasons of the delay.

People in the service department do an excellent job. Our last service appointment was handled very well. We will continue to buy Hyundai cars as needed from St Charles Hyundai and always have them serviced at St Charles Hyundai. Good staff.
