I have recommended to people to take their vehicles to the service department several times. The people there are very nice and very accommodating to the client. They are very thorough and do it in a very timely manner. Thank you to all.

They asked me to do this…
I am so tired of men thinking women are stupid and treating them as such! When you go to tell someone what is going on with their vehicle you need to treat them with the same respect you would give anyone. I honestly feel like the men in the service department think women know nothing and will fall for anything.

Just wanted to let you know how great the guys are at my Ford dealer in Sandpoint Idaho they are really amazing at taking care of my truck being a gal I just want to get in it and drive and you know what I never have any worries about anything even if I asked him a question which may seem off the wall they are nice and courteous and very helpful they are very amazing everyone there deserves a raise. You need to get some more Ford sweatshirts cuz I would like to get one but all there is is biggies

Everything done right
The service department hit a home run all the way out of the stadium. I called in for a service appointment and they were able to schedule me in just a couple of days later. I dropped the truck off and they called right on schedule to let me know the work was complete and the truck was ready.

A few days later I had a problem with the drivers window. I was near the dealership so I stopped in to schedule an appointment. Christian, the service writer was able to resolve the issue immediately.

What a great team of people.

They Made it Right
Paul (the manager) and Christian (service manager) went to bat for me and took care of an issue that I have been experiencing since I bought my car. Even though it wasn't covered under warranty, they recognized that it was an issue I had brought up multiple times and made it right. I can't tell you how much I appreciated their willingness to ensure my happiness and the calm and professional manner with which they handled the situation.

Selling lemons and Not Honoring Warrantied
I have had my 2008 Ford Edge for 20 months, and had to bring it in multiple times for service. Some of these problems have not been fixed, and now I'm being told my issues are due to age. Example, I had my car in for an oil change and tire rotation 2 weeks ago, and my brake pads were measured at 8 mm. When I brought it in for repeat issues I've been experiencing, I was told I need to have all of the brake pads and rotors replaced. It sounds like they have been stringing me along so that they can say that these issues are age related, when in fact they should have been addressed prior to my purchase. If this is how they treat disabled vet's, what do you think they will do to you?
