Customer Service Advisor Sean Tolton us one of the reasons I return to Pohanka Service Dept.
Their are so many auto dealerships, but what determines where I will go is customer service and how well my car was serviced by the dealership. Sean Tolton is the epitome of excellent customer service and client interaction..as Service Manager..he is knowledgeable and his explanation on what is going on with your car is clear and understandable. I never have issues where I have to return my car because something was not done when Sean is my Service Advisor. Quality Assurance is important and I know exactly when I need to return for next scheduled maintenance. Keep up the good work... service department and thank you Sean Tolton.

communication issues, the customer got to car the service department to get updates on what the status is on your vehicle when they holding onto your car for 5 days.

The service techs were great and would recommend them separately. Hyundai cars are terrible, this is the second one I owned and I had nothing but problems, I ended up trading my car in. I will never buy another Hyundai again nor will I recommend them to my friends or family.

Disappointed in Hyundai
I have taken my car in for the same problem since July. I have gone between 2 different locations because the first place did not fix the problem but after taking to second location and agsinnbeing out of a vehicle for days the problem is still not fixed. I have always valued my Hyundai vehicle and service location but after I traded my Genesis for an Equus I have had nothing but problems. My car has had more problems in 6 months than I’ve ever had with any car in 5 years. EVERY TIME My car gets fixed the same issue appears again within 24 hours and I have to turn car back in again/ get a rental car because they NEVER have loaners ( it was a big sales pitch when purchasing the vehicle that when you own an Equus they will pick up your vehicle for service and leave you with another Equus if available - if not it will be another vehicle equivalent to the Equus)
I have never received a loaner and ALWAYS have to rent a vehicle out of pocket. In 1 situation the warranty covered a rental for the first day but other than that I’ve paid OUT OF POCKET.
Unfortunately based on the bad experience and problems with this vehicle my plan of purchasing a G90 next year is no longer going to happen . I am done with dealing with both the vehicle and the dealerships/ service and it is very disappointing because I absolutely loved my Genesis and could never see myself in anything other than a Hyundai. THAT HAS NOW CHANGED.

It's ok
They sell you a car, wait 3 years and constantly call and email you to buy the car back, but want to give you less than the KBB value. They do not offer promotions or incentives like other dealerships do for their customers
