Thank you for taking the time to speak with Cesar and clarify the transmission fluid inspection request you had. Unfortunately if the vehicle is not exhibiting concerns we would not open it up, as the transmission is a sealed component with no dipstick. Such an amazing experience when coming to Fontana Hyundai to get my car serviced. Always greeted with a smile. Cesar does a amazing job when going over the repairs report. The car is always washed and vacuumed. Definitely makes me want to come back.

Great service and great people!
Our local Hyundai dealer has been sold to another company, and their service and treatment of customers has gone into the toilet. So we were looking for a new, reliable, dealership for our service. We received an advertisement for a really good deal on an oil change from Fontana Hyundai, so we made an appointment. Cesar Cardenas was friendly, helpful, and professional. We got the oil change done, and were told there was another problem that needed repair, which we have since had done at this dealership. The care for their customers is clear in the way they treat people. We feel confident that we have found a dealership we can trust!

Fontana Hyundai’s staff have always treated me with courtesy and professionalism. All costs have been clearly explained, and the service itself is exceptional. On my last visit, I went out of necessity without an appointment, and was still immediately taken care of. The work they’ve done to service my car has held up well. I appreciate how they go out of their way to help clients feel welcome and comfortable while waiting for our vehicles.
