Solid professionals, great service
Fontana Hyundai’s staff have always treated me with courtesy and professionalism. All costs have been clearly explained, and the service itself is exceptional. On my last visit, I went out of necessity without an appointment, and was still immediately taken care of. The work they’ve done to service my car has held up well. I appreciate how they go out of their way to help clients feel welcome and comfortable while waiting for our vehicles.

Friendly and helpful service
I have always felt treated very professionally when I have gone to Fontana Hyundai. All costs have been clearly explained, and the service itself is exceptional. On my last visit, I went out of necessity without an appointment, and was still immediately taken care of. The only confusion I had was regarding what seemed like a long time between seeing my car leave the garage and its actual return to me.

Car computer needed upgrades
From the moment I called Hyundai Fontana, the staff was wonderful! When I arrived, Cesar met with me and was very kind, helpful and patient. He explained everything they would be doing. I was going to just wait for my car at the facility. Cesar walked me around and showed me where to wait and all of the amenities. The facility was clean. All the employees has a smile abs said hello. My car was in great shape when they were done. Definitely my best Hyundai experience.

Brought my car in to take care of a recall situation. I went to different Hyundai dealerships and while all of them provided me with good customer service, Fontana's site gave me more than I expected. They were all very kind, respectful, and put forth more than the best. The facility was clean and full of food and drinks. I also didn't expect them to wash and vacuum my car! Thank you for such a great experience! I'm so happy to own a Hyundai due to its exceptional service on the dealerships and the car itself.

Palisade maintenance went great!
Took my Palisade in for routine maintenance here. I bought the vehicle at another dealer and this facility was closer to home. The staff is very professional, kind and responsive to any questions I had when I first arrived. They have plenty of seating area and goodies to enjoy while we waited. They also gave a thorough explanation of work performed on my vehicle and great pricing.
