Wish I never bought a Hyundai
Wish I knew when I was purchasing a Hyundai for my daughter everything I know now. I would have went elsewhere. This dealership needs so.e serious improvements. If it wasn't so close to my home, I would for sure go elsewhere for service and I still may have to because they did not fix the problem.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Our service advisor Cesar, will reach out to discuss looking at the issues you are now experiencing. It looks like you brought the vehicle in for a check engine light and the issue was addressed based on the codes triggered by your vehicle and the state of the catalytic converter as well as the oxygen sensors not registering.  We will reach out off line to the number on file in order to discuss options and see if we can bring the vehicle in and have you drive with a technician so they can experience what it is you are describing. We want to make sure we address all concerns and rectify to the best of our abilities. We look forward to the opportunity to examine your concerns further.

It was great. helped me with my problem
When I called for a recall that I received I was given an appointment for a few days later and was told that I would have to leave my car and take a rental. I went into the office a few days later and explained to the gentleman that greeted me about the recall that I could not drive a rental. He immediately went to his computer and looked up my recall and proceeded to find out what had to be done. To make a long story short, he was able to get what was needed there for my car and told me that my car would be ready in an hour. WHAT WONDERFUL SERVICE THAT WAS.

No courtesy car for multi-day repair makes otherwise great service mediocre
Car needed repair that was covered by warranty, but due to “low value” of the repair, warranty rep would not cover rental car cost. Dealer covered 1 day of rental. Fact that the dealer doesn’t provide courtesy car for these situations makes this a poor option for extended repairs.

Service Representative Went Above and Beyond
This is the second time I’ve had service work done on my car at Fontana Hyundai. I was very pleased once again. The service representative Cesar went out of his way to reach out to other Hyundai dealers to find the part I needed. With the current part shortages, I was lucky Cesar located the right factory part. I highly recommend Fontana Hyundai.
