From the time I walked in to receiving the keys at the end, I felt they valued my business and I was important to them. Chris communicated very clearly and in a friendly way. It was only my second visit and I was made to feel part of the family. Workmanship was excellent.

Everything is great with Parkway, but a $300+ routine rear brake job for a loyal customer is really pushing the envelope.

IN REGARDS TO OUR BRAKE REPLACEMENT PRICING, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND OUR BRAKE JOB IS VERY THROROUGH AND WE USE ORGINAL EQUIPMENT PARTS AND THEY ARE INSTALLED BY FACTORY TRAINED TECHNICIANS. NOT ONLY DO WE REPLACE THE BRAKE PADS BUT WE ALSO RESURFACE THE ROTORS, CLEAN ALL HARDWARE AND GREASE ALL OF THE SLIDERS FOR THE CALIPERS. THIS IS WHERE THE ADDITIONAL PRICING COMES INTO PLAY. WE APPRECIATE YOURE BUSINESS AND LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU NEXT TIME.
